We repair every Sub-Zero refrigeration product in Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City: built-in refrigerators, integrated columns, PRO 48, freezers, refrigerator and freezer drawers, wine storage, ice makers and undercounter units. Our EPA 608 certified technicians also do sealed system work: compressor, evaporator and condenser replacement. The $75 service call is credited toward your repair, and repairs carry a 1-year parts and 180-day labor warranty.
Sub-Zero Products We Service
What Every Sub-Zero Service Visit Includes
- Full diagnosis. We check temperatures in every compartment, test fans, defrost, sensors and the compressor, and read stored fault data on electronic models.
- Clear explanation. You'll know what failed, why it failed and what it takes to fix it.
- Upfront quote. You approve the price before any repair begins.
- Repair with stocked parts. We carry common Sub-Zero parts, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
- Verification. We confirm the unit is cooling properly before we leave.
Why Sub-Zero Needs a Specialist
A Sub-Zero isn't a standard refrigerator. Most models use dual refrigeration: the fresh food and freezer sections have separate evaporators and separate airflow, so food doesn't share odors or dry out. Built-in units put the compressor and condenser in a top or bottom mechanical compartment designed to fit flush with cabinetry. Newer models use variable-speed compressors driven by an inverter board, multiple thermistors and a microprocessor control that stores fault history.
That design keeps food fresh far longer, but it also means diagnosis takes model-specific knowledge. A general appliance technician may replace parts by guesswork. We work on Sub-Zero every day, so we know each series' failure patterns and carry the parts for them.
Repairs of Any Complexity
From a simple gasket or hinge adjustment to a full sealed system rebuild, we handle the whole range:
- Electrical and controls: control boards, inverter boards, user interfaces, thermistors, wiring
- Airflow: evaporator fans, condenser fans, dampers
- Defrost: heaters, defrost sensors, drain heaters, drain lines
- Water: inlet valves, ice maker modules, filters, dispensers, drain pumps
- Cabinet: gaskets, hinges, door closers, drawer slides, lighting
- Sealed system: compressors, evaporators, condensers, filter-driers, leak repair, recharge
