Our service call is $75. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis by a Sub-Zero specialist, and it's credited toward your repair if you go ahead. You get an upfront quote before any work begins.

Every repair is covered by a 1-year warranty on parts and a 180-day warranty on labor. Many repair companies cover labor for only 30 to 90 days. See warranty details.

Yes. Our technicians are EPA 608 certified and replace compressors, evaporators and condensers in-house.

Yes. We stock common Sub-Zero parts, so most repairs are completed on the first visit.

No. We're an independent service company specializing in Sub-Zero repair. If your unit is under factory warranty, contact Sub-Zero first to keep your coverage.

Most repairs take one to two hours on the first visit. Sealed system repairs take a half to a full day.

No. Low refrigerant means a leak. The proper repair is to fix the leak, replace the filter-drier, evacuate and weigh in the correct charge.
