The Sub-Zero PRO 48 (PRO4850, PRO4850G and the PRO3650) is a heavy-duty stainless refrigerator/freezer with dual refrigeration. We repair its fans, defrost systems, sensors, controls, glass door seals and heaters, ice makers, compressors and sealed systems.

Common PRO 48 Problems
One compartment warm
The PRO keeps refrigerator and freezer cooling separate, so a failure usually affects one compartment. Fans, defrost components and sensors are the usual suspects. See fridge warm, freezer cold and freezer not freezing.
Glass door condensation
Glass door models rely on a tight seal and door heaters to prevent condensation. A failed heater or torn gasket shows up as fogging or water on the glass. See condensation and sweating.
Heavy door wear

Sealed system
With two refrigeration systems, a PRO has twice the sealed system components. We diagnose each system separately and replace compressors, evaporators and condensers as needed. See sealed system repair.
