Overview
The BI-36U is one of the most popular Sub-Zero built-ins in Las Vegas homes. It uses dual refrigeration with separate fresh food and freezer evaporators, and its compressor and condenser sit in the top mechanical compartment. In hot kitchens, condenser airflow is the first thing we check.
