The Sub-Zero model and serial number are on the rating plate (data tag). On full-size built-ins and columns, it's usually inside the refrigerator near the top of the fresh food section or behind the top grille. On drawers and undercounter units, look inside on the ceiling or side wall or behind the toe-kick. Wine units have it inside near the top; ice makers behind the kick plate or inside the bin door area.
