The Sub-Zero BI-36UFD is a 36-inch Classic Series French door built-in with two refrigerator doors above a freezer drawer. Besides the usual cooling repairs, French door models need attention to the center mullion seal and its heater, door alignment and the freezer drawer.
Overview
The French door layout adds a flip-out center mullion where the two doors meet. The mullion has its own seal and an anti-sweat heater. If the heater fails or the doors are misaligned, moisture and frost can form at the center.
