The Sub-Zero BI-30U is a 30-inch Classic Series over-and-under built-in with a bottom freezer drawer. It shares the BI-36U's design in a narrower cabinet, and the same common repairs apply: condenser and fans, defrost, sensors, ice maker, doors and sealed system.
